Lead, Business Development & Sales (USA – New Jersey and Texas)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development & Sales Lead to drive business growth and expand our client base. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong sales acumen, excellent networking abilities, and a passion for technology solutions. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals with businesses in need of our technology services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within target industries.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with the internal technical team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Job Qualifications:

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join the ITWox team. Be part of the ITWox Marketing team to research, design, develop & publish marketing material & related collateral. All Interns will be provided technical knowledge as well as experience certificate on successful completion of internship program. Based on company needs the Interns may be offered full-time position with ITWox.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create content for ITWox social media platform
  • Researching and evaluating competitor marketing and digital content.
  • Contributing to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media analytics.
  • Work with our Event Marketing team to help organize events
  • Engage with user ITWox social media platforms to promote ITWox brand

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have: familiarity with social media strategies and platforms
  • Must have: excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English & Spanish
  • Applied understanding of basic marketing principles
